Main purpose

Your data will be used only for registration purposes for the Spanish-Swiss Innovation Meeting. Likewise, your data may be used to contact you in order to notify you about the activities in which you have registered (confirmations and reminders of registration, changes of date or content, cancellations, information on published contents of the activities, satisfaction surveys, etc.). Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be used to verify the identity of the people who have registered for an event and allow them physical access to the premises where the event is held. Your data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the digital account, or as long as you do not exercise your right to delete or limit the processing.

Sending of electronic communications on the activities organized by the Swiss Embassy for Spain and Andorra that are of interest to you.

Legitimation

The legitimation for the processing of your data is based on the consent requested to accept the terms and conditions contained on the website for such registration. 

Recipients

No data will be transferred to third parties unless a third party is co-organising the activity/conference with the Swiss Embassy for Spain and Andorra, in which case the Embassy may transfer the personal registration data to that third party for the sole purpose of informing about those registered to the event.

Rights

Interested persons have the right to obtain access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The Swiss Embassy for Spain and Andorra will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. When technically possible, the data subject may request the portability of their data to another controller, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
