Likewise, your data may be used to contact you in order to notify you about the activities in which you have registered (confirmations and reminders of registration, changes of date or content, cancellations, information on published contents of the activities, satisfaction surveys, etc.). Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be used to verify the identity of the people who have registered for an event and allow them physical access to the premises where the event is held. Your data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the digital account, or as long as you do not exercise your right to delete or limit the processing.

The legitimation for the processing of your data is based on the consent requested to accept the terms and conditions contained on the website for such registration.
Recipients
No data will be transferred to third parties unless a third party is co-organising the activity/conference with the Swiss Embassy for Spain and Andorra, in which case the Embassy may transfer the personal registration data to that third party for the sole purpose of informing about those registered to the event.
Rights
Interested persons have the right to obtain access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.
